Clive Roger HenryEILES4-2-1944 to 24-4-2026
Born in Woodford, London. Clive was a border at the Friend's School, Saffron Waldon, and went to Oxford University to read law.
Clive worked for the Royal Borough of Kingston in education management. He took early retirement and trained as a psychotherapist with the Arbours Association.
Clive moved to Wales in 2004. He led walks for the Brecon Beacons (now Bannau Brecheiniog) Parks Society. When Clive retired, he played violin for the Swansea Amateur Orchestra, and Nantgaredig Community Band. He volunteered for the National Park, sat on Youth Justice Panels, and was a volunteer supervisor for counsellors working for a bereavement charity.
Clive has three children from his first marriage - Sian, Cerian and Finnbar. He has six grandchildren. He is survived by his second wife, Catherine.
Following a private cremation, a service to celebrate Clive's life will take place at the Britannia House Chapel of Rest, Llandovery, SA20 0DD on Friday 29th May 2026 at 3pm, followed by refreshments at The Castle Hotel, Llandovery.
