Dr John Elliott.ELLIOTTThe Family of the late Dr John Elliott would like to sincerely thank the many friends, ex-colleagues and family, who attended the funeral service at St John's, Facit and the reception at The Ashcroft. To have so many share our sorrow was a great tribute to Dad. The Family would especially like to thank Dawn, Martin and their kind and gentle staff at F Duffy & Son Funeral Service for their wonderful care and respect of Dad and their genuine empathy and support for all the family. Truly above and beyond. Thanks also go to Whitworth Vale and Healey brass band, who provided a perfect accompaniment to the service. Dad was very proud of his connection with the band and this was a lovely tribute. Thanks must also go to Dad's close friends and the nurses and carers who were such a comfort to him and to us in a time of great sadness. Thank you to The Ashcroft and Lords Caterers for the beautifully presented and served reception for our guests. Thank you to all who most generously donated to Dad's chosen charities.
