Dear Gordy, it has been an absolute privilege to get to know yourself and Ally over the past few years, as soon as you came to fibro group it became a family. You will be missed so much. I’m sorry I cannot attend your funeral to support Ally and say goodbye, as you know my dad is on his way soon to join you with the angels, keep an eye out for him, I’m sure you’d get on. God Bless Gordy and sleep well. Love Georgina xxxx

Gordan a true family man in every sense of the word, although u had me taken in when I started as a newbie at the fibromyalgia group. I was nervous and u told me to come sit next to you and once our meal ordered you shoved a salt pot to me and said quick hide that with a very handsome wink of your eye. As soon as the meal arrived u said again quick pass me it and I was only to willing to help. This went on for a few months until I heard someone say hurry up hide all the salt pots and I realised there was more to this story, during the meal I watched as your pie turned white and I realised why everyone hid the salt lol. On our next meal I said I'm sorry I can't hide the salt and you replied its OK love I've got 1 here as u had a salt pot hidden in your shirt pocket, you laughed putting salt on your meal while all other salt pots was hidden lol, but that's when I realised your cheeky sense of humour. I loved listening to your many stories but also loved the banter and love between you and Ally a love you don't often see between a father and daughter that often had us all in stitches, It was clear for all to see how much he loved and cherished you Ally.
I grew very fond of you and so pleased I came to see you a few days before you grew your angel wings not knowing that would be my last time to see you, we as a group have lost a true gentleman/ true friend and the head of our group and you will be sadly missed.
I will always remember you Gordy every time I put salt on my meal and have a extra sprinkle for you
R.i.p Gordan 🥰xx

You've left a huge hole in a lot of people's hearts, especially your family. Your presence was missed at the first fibro group without you. A lot of the fibro family talked about you, missed you and there were some tears. You may not have had fibromyalgia, but you had a huge presence in the group and will never be forgotten. x

Gramps you were a fantastic, true gentleman.
Who fought for your Country. Memories you share with me.
You were great company. We enjoyed afternoon tea together. Where we people watched. Chat away. We had a wonderful time.
Now it’s time for you to leave us and join Pat up there. You share memories about her with me.
You have taken a piece of my heart with you. Gramps I will never forget you. Love you loads 💜💜💜

Grampsey - there is no one quite like you and I miss you every day! Thank you for everything.

I will never forget our school trip journeys, listening and singing to Dolly Parton and Status Quo. So many happy memories I will cherish forever until we meet again. Love you lots, your little Angel xx
