VeraELLISVera Ellis, born June 13th, 1934 in Newcastle-under-Lyme to Alfred and Mary Lockett, peacefully passed away in her home on March 24th, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Alan Ellis, sister of the late Thomas Lockett, she is lovingly remembered by her daughters Carol and Beverley, sons-in-law Tony and Oz, her grandchildren Jennie, Matthew, Adam, Simon, Rebekah and Natasha, and her great-grandchildren Orlando, Oscar, and Lavender. Funeral service at St Giles Church on Friday 28th April at 2pm, followed by a short service at Bradwell Crematorium, then a gathering and buffet for family and friends at Newcastle-under-Lyme Golf Club to celebrate a wonderful, brave and kind woman. We kindly suggest donations to the Douglas MacMillan Hospice instead of floral tributes. Please contact Hopkinson Wootton Lovatt for further information.
