ZackELPHICKOn Monday, 13th April 2026, at home, Zack, aged 22, from Falmouth, suddenly passed away.
A dear son of Lisa; adored brother of Lottie & Daniella, and a dear nephew, cousin and friend to many.
Zack's memory is dearly treasured, and he is profoundly missed by all who knew and loved him.
A celebration of Zack's life will take place at the Kernow Chapel, Penmount Crematorium, on Thursday, 14th May 2026, at 4.30pm.
Dress code: Zack's family has requested that attendees wear black or any alternative attire. Feel free to be as flamboyant or as modest as you wish.
