Service to be held in St Bede's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium on Friday 5th April at 1.00pm . Friends please meet at the Crematorium Chapel. Family flowers only please. A collection box will be available for donations in lieu of flowers, if so desired, for the Motor Neurone Association.
