Mavis AdaEMPTAGEAfter a short illness, Mavis passed away peacefully at Ladysmith Care Home on 28th April 2019. Beloved wife of the late Ken, loving Mum to Mike and Chris, Mum in law to Lesley and Paul, adored Nanna to Matt and Sharon; Rachel and Steve; Kelly and Andy and Kirsty and Carl and Great Nanna to Paige, Dacey, Eden, Roman and Oakley. Mavis will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. A funeral service will take place at Grimsby Crematorium on Friday 17th May at 10:20 am. Family flowers only please, with donations in lieu of Floral tributes to Grimsby Food Kitchen welcome to Kettle Funeralcare, 135 Granville Street, Grimsby DN32 9PB. Tel: 01472 355395

I know it's been a long time mave but i would like you to know I never forgot you .you were such a special lady and I enjoyed are chats so much .I walk pass your home regularly and have fond memories .I think of you and your husband hopefully now reunited .You will never be forgotten mave love sue xxx

I just learned her passing, my deepest condolences, I am also an Emptage, living in Canada, my father was Sidney Emptage, his sisters name was Gladys, and also a brother James, I know we are all related, It would been nice to visit now at my age I guess not.God Bless and take care.
