Peacefully at Wardley Gate Care Home on the 4th of April 2026. Pat, loving mam to David, Colin and Gillian, a much loved mother in law to Jutta, Helen and Paul, a treasured granny and great granny, and a great friend to all who knew her.
Family and friends please meet for Requiem Mass at Our Blessed Lady's Immaculate Catholic Church on Tuesday 21st April at 11:30am followed by a committal service at Sunderland Crematorium.
Family flowers only please, anyone wishing to make a charitable donation to the RVI Hospital in memory of Pat can do so following the service at church where a donation box will be made available. Family and friends are welcome to join the family at the Washington Arms following the service to continue to share memories of Pat.
