Dr David MeredythENTWISTLEIt is with great sadness that we announce that David Entwistle, formerly (and for many years) a partner at the Birchgrove GP Surgery in Cardiff, passed away peacefully at Llandough Hospital on 23rd May 2025, aged 93 years, after a short illness.
Beloved husband of Morfydd. Much loved father to Frances & Simon, father in law to Peter and Beverley and grandfather to Josephine, Caitlin, Harry and Rhys. David will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
Resting at D Caesar Jones Funeral Home until the service on Monday 30th June 2025, in The Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium at 1.30pm.
Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to Cardiff and Vale Youth Orchestra (David was a Patron), including via the donation box that will be available on the day.
