So sorry to hear about (Cap) Muriel, glad I got to spend some time with her this summer with a view to a revisit later this year but that was not to be
I have known Muriel for a very long time, she was a good guide captian and of course Ray was always there as well, I also worked at the same place as Ray so would see him in the day or hear him with his load voice.

Had great fun being a Girl Guide in Cap ( and Ray's) company.Going camping to Bramshall on the back of a lorry is one of many.Camps were good fun and it was real camping in those days.I was able to get the Queen's Guide award.
I am sad to read about Cap but have lots of happy memories of her and Ray. Best wishes to the family.
