Roy it was great to have known you so long. We first met working at Carriage & Wagon BREL, I was a fitter then Progress Chaser that is when I met you. You a tool fitter setting up the machines for different ops on Press bay. You hated it when you asked me to have a go on the grand national sweep and I picked the favorite and won. It was even better when we both turned up at Rolls-Royce PTF. When I said an engine could not go you would not listen to anyone else until I gave it the nod - what a guy. I nearly fell through the floor in Tenerife when I went to get away from it all, you and Ian Grimmadel came strolling down the road with your Ladies. You always had plenty of insults ready for me when we met - too sharp for me to repeat any of them. I pity St Peter at the pearly gates when you turn up buddy. It has been great having you as a buddy and I will see you on cloud 9 -just not too soon - I hope. (No kisses)

Uncle Roy

Our lives go on without you
But nothing is the same
We try to hide our heartache
When someone speaks your name
Sad are the hearts that love you
Silent are the tears that fall
Learning to live without you
Is the hardest part of all
You did so many things for us
Your heart so kind and true
And when we needed someone
We could always count on you
The special years will not return
When we are all together
But with the love we have for you
In our hearts
You walk with us forever

We love you uncle roy.
Love always and forever ....Vickie & Darryl. Xxxxxxxx
