EVANS - DENISPassed away on 17th December 2011 at Queens Medical Centre Nottingham. Loving husband of the late Irene. Dearly loved dad of Pat, Susan and Ian, Father-in-law to Mick, Bob and Karen. Treasured Grandad to Neil, Garry, Natalie, Martin, Dean, Victoria and Michael, partners Catherine, Aaron, Nicola, Amala and Jess. Great-grandad to Jessica, Bethany, Jack, Ella, Eva, George, Sophie and Millie. Funeral service to be held on Tuesday 3rd January 2012 at 12.45pm at Bramcote Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations for British Heart Foundation may be sent to Co-operative Funeral Services Clifton Nottingham
