MichaelEVANS(Mick) Who passed away peacefully on 3rd April 2015 after a long illness aged 69. Beloved Father, Brother, Grandad, Uncle and friend. Funeral Service to be held on Friday 24th April at Lodge Hill Crematorium at 3.30pm.
