Widow of Gordon Evans, mum to Douglas, Linda and Susan, mum-in-law to Gill and Bob, grandmother to Sarah, Richard, Geoffrey, Joanne and Thomas, great-grandmother to Rory. Much loved by all who knew her. The family are grateful to The Countess of Chester Hospital for the care she received. The Funeral will be at Blacon Crematorium on Wednesday, April 29th 2015 at 10.00 a.m. Family flowers only please, donations to Cardiac Care Unit, Countess of Chester Hospital in Annie's memory would be appreciated.
