Heather Jean MargaretEVANSPassed away unexpectedly, aged 55 years, on Monday Dec 15, at her home in Llanishen, Heather; was the much loved only daughter of Jean and Jack, sister of Chris, John and the late Shane, Auntie and Great-Auntie to many adoring nieces and nephews, and highly respected by colleagues in nursing in Cardiff and latterly Hammersmith. A service celebrating Heather's life, followed by cremation, will take place at 2.15pm on Friday Jan 9, 2015 in the Briwnant Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium.
