Committal on Monday 17th August 2009 at Colwyn Bay Crematorium at 1pm followed by service of Thanksgiving at The Ebeneser Chapel, Parliament Street Rhuddlan at 2pm. Family flowers only please, but if desired donations gratefully accepted towards for "Friends of Glan Clwyd Hospital". Everyone welcome to stay for light refreshments after the memorial service.
