Patricia MargaretEVANS(nee Wilkinson) Peacefully on May 29, 2016 at the University Hospital of Wales, Pat of St Mellons, Cardiff, sadly passed away following a short illness; beloved wife of the late Terrance, much loved mother of Suzy, Andrew and the late Gareth, a loved mother-in-law of Eric and cherished grandmother to Louise, Rachel and Michael. Pat will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends. Funeral service and cremation will take place in the Briwnant Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium on Monday June 27, 2016 at 11.15am.
