Jacqueline LynneEVANSPassed away on 25th November 2019 aged 61 years. Loving Wife to Martin, Wonderful Mother to Gemma and Gavin and a much loved Grandmother to Alex and Amaiya, who will be sadly missed by all her family and all her knew her. Funeral service to be held at Westerleigh Crematorium woodland chapel on Monday 30th December at 2.30pm.
