EmlynEVANSEm Joyce, Sian & Paul, Richard & Laura would like to express their heartfelt thanks for all the kindness and messages of condolences received following the loss of Em. They would like to thank family friend, Cliff Halsall for conducting a beautiful service of remembrance and they would also like to thank everyone who has helped care for Em and show support to the family throughout his long illness with such compassion and dedication including; the Respiratory team, the Oxygen team and the Palliative care team at YGC, the General Practitioners at Cadwgan Surgery, District Nurses, CCBC care workers, Carelink Agency care workers, Marie Curie and St David's Hospice. Thank you to Robin at R Roberts & Son funeral directors for his compassion and professionalism at such a difficult time and finally thank you for all donations received in memory of Em which will be shared between Marie Curie and St David's Hospice.
