Dr GwynforEVANSEVANS - DR GWYNFOR, . Passed away peacefully at home in Ty'n-y-Groes in the presence of his loving family on 12th November 2021, aged 65. Devoted GP at Gyffin Surgery for over 20 years. Loving husband of Marie, beloved father of Siôn, Aled and Bethan, much loved brother of Clwyd. He will leave a large hole in the community and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service to take place at Ty'n-y-Groes Chapel (inside by invitation due to restricted numbers) on Friday 26th November at 2pm followed by private family committal at Colwyn Bay Crematorium. The funeral cortege will travel from the chapel at approximately 3pm, past Gyffin Surgery then around Conwy Town, for those who wish to pay their respects. Family flowers only.
