Helen PatriciaEVANSAged 80 years. In loving memory Pat sadly passed away at Oxton Grange Care Home. Devoted mother to Brian (deceased), Paula & Collette. Loving Grandmother to Leanne, Kelly, Lisa, Carl, Ethan & Theo. Great grandmother to Jack & Jacob. Mother-in-law to Helen, Paul & Lee. Pat will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Pat will be resting in chapel at Craven Funeral Directors on Park Rd from Tuesday 13th December 2022. A funeral service will be held at Our Lady Of Mount Carmel Church on Wednesday 21st December at 11.00am followed by cremation at Springwood Crematorium, Rosemary Chapel at 12.00pm. Family flowers only. Donations to Age UK or Dementia UK All enquiries to Craven Funeral Service, 187 Park Rd, L8 6SE. Tel 0151 727 1226
