Beloved wife of the late Morgan, loving mother of Diane, Denise and Barry John, dear mother-in-law of Norris and Kevin, devoted grandma of Matthew, Angharad, Megan, Gemma and Jesse and great-grandma of Alfie, Bertie and Pearl. Much loved sister of Douglas, Clive and the late Barbara and Denzil, and sister in law of Linda, Carol and the late Joan and Stan. Val will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends. Funeral Friday 9th June. Would friends please meet at Swansea Crematorium at 2:30 p.m. for a service. For those who wish to pay their respects the funeral cortege will be leaving the family home in Alltwen at 1:45 p.m. Family flowers only by request. However for those who wish to make a donation in lieu of flowers, Angharad and Denise will be completing the Alzheimer's UK 13 mile Trek through the Brecon Beacons/ Bannau Brycheiniog in July in loving memory of Val.
