Peacefully at Hafod Y Green Nursing Home, Trefnant aged 71 previously of Gomer Court, Abergele.
The beloved wife of the late Tudor, loving mum to Anna and Bryn, dear mother in law to Tom and Kathryn, proud and cherished nana to Harrison, Neve, Sam, Beth and Anna and a good friend to many.
Service at St. Asaph Crematorium on Friday January 17th at 1.00pm.
Family flowers only please but donations in memory of Carole would be gratefully received towards Huntington's Disease Association
