Gloria MaryEVANS(Née Carlson) Gloria Mary Evans sadly and peacefully passed away on Friday 17th April 2026, at home with her daughter, Louise holding her hand, aged 81 years. Much loved and cherished Wife of the late Terry. Fantastic Mum to Louise. Much loved Sister in Law to Cathy, Clive, Maggie, Wayne, John and the late Liz. Lovely Auntie to all her Nieces and Nephews. She will be sadly and deeply missed by all those who knew her, and loved by her family, friends, and neighbours.
Gloria's funeral service will be taking place on Thursday 14th May 2026, in Thornhill Crematorium Wenallt Chapel at 9:30am. The family would like to welcome everyone back to the Wingfield Hotel, Llanbradach, CF83 3NU after the service for light refreshments.
Family flowers only however, donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the British Heart Foundation and St David's Hospice Home Care, in memory of Gloria.
The family would like to thank Care One to One for all their care and compassion over the last year and a half as well as Caerphilly district nurses and St David's Hospice at home care.
