David IeuanEVANSPassed away peacefully on Saturday, 4th July at Tŷ Olwen, after a lengthy battle with dementia, aged 88 years. David, of Coed Newydd Farm, Burry Green, Gower. Devoted husband of Nancy. Loving father of Ieuan, Gary and Richard and father-in-law of Sue and the late Jayne. Dearly loved grandfather of Jonathan.
Better known locally as Dai the Painter, David was a former Welsh Youth international rugby player and a former rugby league player with Rochdale and Salford. He was also a recognised breeder of Section D Welsh Cobs. David will be sadly missed.
Funeral on Monday, 20th July 2026. Service at Tabernacle Chapel, Penclawdd at 11.00am followed by interment at Hermon Cemetery.
