PhyllisEXTONOn 26th June, 2016 Peacefully at home, Phyllis aged 79 years of Lindley. The beloved wife of Daniel, dearly loved mum of Peter, Graham and Gary and a much loved and sadly missed mother-in-Law, grandma, great-grandma, sister and aunty. Funeral service and cremation takes place at Fixby Crematorium on Thursday 7th July at 2.00pm, friends please meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only but donations may be made to the PDSA - a collection will be taken at the crematorium for this purpose.
