Patrick NoelFAGAN'PAT' Pat passed away peacefully in the care of Leighton Hospital aged 75 years. Loving Husband to Sue, devoted Dad to Jayson and Leandra, Father-in-law to Tracey, Grandad to Courtney and Kayleigh, Brother, Brother-in-law, Uncle and good friend to many, Pat will be very sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service will take place at St Mary's RC Church on Friday 17th September 2021 at 12 noon, followed by Cremation at Crewe Crematorium. Family flowers only please.
