Margaret AshworthFARRYMrs Margaret Ashworth Farry, of Brandwood, Newchurch, died at the Royal Blackburn Hospital on Monday, May 2, aged 72. Margaret was a stewardess at Spring Terrace Working Men’s Club, Rawtenstall Cricket Club, and Cloughfold Con Club. She loved crafts, trips to Blackpool, and holidays to Tenerife. She leaves husband John, daughter Clare, son-in-law Anthony, and grandson Jack. The funeral will be held on Wednesday, May 18, at 12.20pm at Accrington Crematorium, led by Kathy Unsworth. Family flowers only; donations if desired to Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis can be made online at www.fredhamer.co.uk along with tributes. Funeral director: Dawn Winfield for Fred Hamer Funeral Services, Rawtenstall.
