MichaelFAULKNERPassed away peacefully on 6th September at James Cook Hospital aged 71 years.

Devoted partner to Constance. Loving step father to Paul and Karen. Treasured granddad to Bradley, Callum, Alex, Charlie and Freddie. Also, a dear nephew to Mick and Julia and cousin to Helen.

Funeral service to take place at St Bede's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium on Monday 23rd of September at 2:30

Family flowers only please.
