SamFAWKNERSam sadly passed away at home with is family by his side on Friday 26th April, aged 60 years.
Sam was a very loving caring Husband, Dad, Grandad and Father-in-Law. Sam was a very proud man who will deeply be missed, his Wife Rita, Daughter Marion, Sons Gareth, Sam, Shane, John and Rocky, Daughter-in-Laws Charlotte and Shania and his Grandchildren Freddy, George, Brogan, Booklyn, Mason, Amber and Courtney. Sam will be deeply missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing and loving him.
Sam's Funeral Service will be held on Monday 13th May at Canley Crematorium in the Cannon Hill Chapel in Coventry at 10:30am.
