I first worked for Len back in 1984 as his assistant in his butchers shop in Winton. I spent 3 great years there with him. I'll always remember Len for the great laughs we had, but also for his advice and wisdom - he was never short of a life lesson or two when as a naïve 14 year old, I thought I knew everything. I also remember his love for the outdoors - his fishing and shooting. Although I hadn't seen Len for a long time, I'll never forget his kindness and the help he gave me in my younger years. I also remember his wife Corrine, who I believe died a number of years ago. They were such a lovely couple. RIP Len. God bless.
Mike.
