SamFIELDINGFIELDING - SAM, February 10, 2018. passed away peacefully at Broadgreen Hospital, age 86 years. Much loved Husband of Pat. Devoted Dad, Grandad and Great Grandad. Will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral will take place on Tuesday 27th February at St Helens Crematorium at 12.30pm.
