I played Rugby with Roger for a number of years at Melton Rugby Club, Roger was team captain for most of that time. He was always a great team-mate and always played with a smile on his face and had a great team spirit and, needless to say, great company socially after many games. Sad to see his passing and I wish his family and many friends pleasant memories. Rest In Peace Roger. Keith Wain.

We had some great times and remember Roger with fondness. I was crewed up with him on the area cars and then on same PSU during the miners strike. Also went to Cromer with him, got rather inebriated and tried some wacky baccy! Good memories on and off duty. Jack (and Mary) Aldwinckle. 😢
