Frank Thomas MayFIELDSENDI thank nurses Melanie Hanson and Cheryl Cooke, the 999 staff, the A&E team and the ICU - especially Emma - for trying to keep Frank alive on the 7th July. My family, neighbours and friends have been magnificent, loving and helpful during and after our ordeal. Many thanks also to Steve Hancock of Hurtons Funeral Directors; but especially Carol Dunk for the beautiful service at All Hallows Church. Lots of tears, love and gentleness from all to us.
