NeilFILDESNEIL FILDES Died, unexpectedly, suddenly but peacefully at Salford Royal Hospital on Monday 22nd March 2021. Neil aged 83. Beloved husband of the late Ruth (Pat), Dad, Proud Grandad, Uncle, Great Uncle, Brother-in-law, Father-in-law & Brother to the late Gordon. Such a special man to whom Salford & London Ontario Canada have been where he would say he belonged. He was so gentle & definitely one of a kind who will forever be sorely missed but forever remembered by his family & friends. Neil didn't want a funeral just ''a cardboard box at the end of the garden'', so the family will be holding a ''Final Farewell'' service & cremation in due course. Flowers will be welcome or a donation to his favourite charity, St. Ann's Hospice, Little Hulton if desired. For further details please call or text 07706104719.

Neil Fildes was my Step-father, this donation is in his name. It is from both myself and my partner Janice, in memory of him. He was a kind man, who had time for anyone. He was taken from us all too soon, and very unexpectedly in this time of crisis. Tis donation matches the time he had. it is to you at St Ann's Hospice from his wishes. We wish you well.
