Special thanks to Dr. Breeden, district nurses, Carol the Macmillan Nurse and all of Jean's carers. Finally heartfelt thanks from the Finn family to all those friends, neighbours and old work mates who attended her funeral and those who sent messages of sympathy, mass cards or donations which totalled £560 and will be divided between Macmillan Nurses and Cancer Research.
