Resting at Annisons private chapel, Holderness Road. Cortege to leave residence on Friday 15th August at 12 noon for service at Chanterlands Crematorium 12.20pm. No flowers by request, but donations if so desired to the Cardio Thoracic Ward, Castle Hill Hospital. Happy memories, never forgotten.
