DaiFITZGERALDSuddenly on 19th July 2023 whilst in Turkey, Dai of Port Tennant, Swansea. Beloved husband of the late Glenys, dearly loved father of Paul, Karl and Nicola, dear father in law of Samantha, loving grandfather of all his grand and great grandchildren. "He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him." Funeral Thursday 10th August, leaving his home 2.00pm for service at St. Stephen's Church, Danygraig Road, Port Tennant 2.15pm followed by interment at Morriston Cemetery (section AAA) 3.15pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be made to Wales Air Ambulance c/o D.G.Attwell Funeral Directors, 95 Eaton Road, Brynhyfryd, Swansea SA5 9JH Tel. 01792 650205.

He was a great friend of ours, especially to Paul, we had great respect n love for Dai, he was a true Eastside gentleman, he will be missed. Sleep well my friend xx

I'm so sad to hear of Dai's passing. Paul n I thought the world of him. We always sent xmas cards to each other. I shall miss dropping one into him. I'm glad he was in his happy place (Turkey) when he passed, he loved it there. My sympathy too you all. Xxx
