PatriciaFLANAGANPassed away peacefully on Thursday, November 7, in the Royal Blackburn Hospital with her family by her side, aged 68. Loving wife of the late Denis, she was devoted mum of David, Sean, Adele, Peter and Jacqueline, doting nanna and great-nanna, a dearsister to Maurice and Michael and the late Margaret and Ted, also cherished auntie and friend to many. Patricia was a devoted family lady who centred her life around her family. She was a loving wife and shared many years of happy marriage with her beloved husband Denis. Patricia enjoyed her family holidays to Greece, caravan holidays to Morecambe and venturing out for trips in the car to Bolton Abbey and Fleetwood, where she would enjoy a portion of chips sitting on the seafront. Patricia loved having children around her, she would often plan sports days in the summer holidays to keep them entertained. Patricia enjoyed to socialise and in her spare time spent at home she would be seen reading or doing her crosswords and wordsearches. Patricia will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing and loving her. The funeral service and cremation was held at 1.40pm on Monday, November 18, at Accrington Crematorium.
