Rest in Peace, you were Nan and Great Nan to my family. I am so pleased that last year you met Letitia and George your Great Grandchildren. Despite your dementia you beamed love and pride in meeting them both and left a lasting memory in their minds. From the mouth of George to me 'Dad, Great Nan will be happy now.
