ClaireFLEMINGSurrounded by all of her loving family Claire passed away peacefully on 20th November at James Cook hospital aged 49 years.
Loving mother to James and Alfie, grandmother to Kayson, daughter to Mick and Ann, sister to Tony and Terry, sister in law to Tracy and aunty to Mia and Joel.
Service to be held at Teesside crematorium, chapel of St Bede on Wednesday 13th December at 11.30am followed by a gathering at Normanby Hall Cricket Club.
Please wear a splash of colour to celebrate Claire’s life. Family flowers only please, in lieu of flowers donations towards ward 36 will be taken at the chapel.
