BarrieFLINTOf Wellfield Avenue, Neath, formerly of Margam, Port Talbot. Sadly passed away on Friday 14th July 2023 at Morriston Hospital, aged 79 Years. Cherished Dad of Rachel and Sharon. Much loved Father in Law of Andrew. Loving Bampi of Ella and Frankie. Dear Brother to Roger and Donald. Barrie was a well known local historian and spent most of his time dedicated to collecting memorabilia and postcards from in and around Port Talbot and South Wales. His specialist knowledge of local ancient and industrial archaeology will be greatly missed. He was also a well respected friend of Margam Park where he was an avid walker of the grounds and its surroundings. Barrie will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. A funeral service and celebration of Barrie's life is to take place on Tuesday 1st August in Margam Crematorium at 12pm Midday.
