Hannah MaryFOLLETTPeacefully at rest whilst in the presence of her loving family on 12th April 2018 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital. Hannah aged 86 years of Madeley. Devoted Wife of the late Stan, much loved Mum of Angela, Julie and Cheryl, treasured Nan of Dawn, Hayley, Dean, Matthew, Alex, Amy and Bradley and a Great Nan of Gabriella, loving Mother-in-law and a dear Aunt.
Hannah will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all her loving family and many friends.
Funeral service to be held at All Saints Church, Madeley on Thursday 3rd May 2018 at 2.15pm followed by interment at Madeley Cemetery. Will all relatives please accept this the only intimation, friends wishing to attend please meet at the church.
Family flowers only, donations preferred to the British Heart Foundation.
