JayFORD (JEANETTE GLEED)Suddenly and unexpectedly on 13th April 2024, whilst in the care of the Diana Princess of Wales Hospital Grimsby, with her loving daughter by her side, Jay aged 64 years sadly passed away.
A much loved and cherished mam of Gavin, Siobhan and Michaela, a dearest mother-in-law of Lee and Daniel, an adored nanny of Callen, Caiden, Ryder and Daisy-rose, a loved sister of Lindrec, Jackie, Russell, Angie and Kate, a dear auntie, cousin and a good friend to many.
A service to celebrate Jay's life will be held at the Grimsby Crematorium on Tuesday 14th May at 11:15am.
By request a simple floral tribute, or if so desired a donation of hand creams will be gratefully received, and collected at the service to be donated to the hospital which will benefit the patients on the wards.
