JackFORDFord Peacefully on November 8th 2001 at Derby City General Hospital, Jack aged 79 years.Beloved husband of the late Gwen, dearly loved father of John and father-in-law of Jenny, much loved grandad of Sam and Steven and dear brother of Doris and Bob.
