VioletFORDPassed away at home after a long illness on the 18th April 2023, aged 96 years. Loving wife of the late Leslie, much loved mum & mother in law, grandma, great grandma, great great grandma, sister, auntie & friend to many. Funeral service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium on Thursday 18th May in the Main Chapel at 12:30pm. Flowers welcome or donations in lieu for Treetops Hospice Care, Marie Curie & the NSPCC may be given on the day, online or sent to A. W. Mrs Ford was a neighbour of ours in Kirkdale Avenue in Spondon when I was growing up. She was a lovely kind person and I remember her fondly. Rest in Peace. Linda B.
