JackFORESPassed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on 1st June 2019 aged 81 years. Loving husband of the late Joan and dear friend of Rose, devoted dad to Angie, John, Linda, Graham, Lisa and in-laws, special grandad and great-grandad. He will be sadly missed by all. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday 18th June at 10.00am in the Small Chapel, Chanterlands Crematorium.
