MavisFORRESTHigh Heworth Peacefully in hospital, after a short illness, on 7th December aged 79 years Mavis (nee Coulson). Beloved wife of Edwin, much loved Mam of Philip, Andrew and David, dear mother in law of Christine and Jane and a dearest grandma of Rebecca, Abigail, Ben, Sophie and Emily and great grandma of Charlotte. Also a much loved sister of Betty and Isabel and of brother in law Peter. Friends invited to service at Whitehall Road Methodist Church on Thursday 14th December at 2.30pm. Cremation following at Saltwell Crematorium. Family flowers only please but donations in lieu may be made at the service for Down's Syndrome NE, Mencap and Whitehall Road Methodist Church.
