Only learnt today of Martins passing.
I first met Martin on 2nd February 1977 as he got off the coach at RAF Swinderby and that was until 16th March 1977 when we all went our seperate ways via trade training and postings.
I only regained contact with him again in 2019, he was so glad to have met several of us that he had commenced his journey in the RAF again.
We were concerned about him in 2021 when he seemed to have started to communicate less and less, I know he had problems with his health and was concerned about his Tinnitus becoming worse.
He was also trying to contact his daughter in the US, whether he managed or not I never found out. Martin will be missed by many more than I can say.
