KeithFORSDICKPassed away at Kilburn Care Home on 4th July 2024 aged 87 years. Leaving behind wife Eileen, and granddaughter Jenny. The funeral service will be held at Amber Valley Memorial Park and Crematorium on Tuesday 6th August 2024, followed by cremation. Family flowers only. Donations in Lieu of flowers to go to RNLI & Alzheimers Uk. Donations will be collected on the day of the service.
